We hereby declare the creation of the Kingdom Of Obversia, the first and unique Empire spanning the entirety of the Nether-Worlds (or Magical Worlds or Dream Worlds or Mystical/Mythical Worlds). Ergo, we proclaim complete, irrevocable, unalienable, undisputable dominion over the entirety of the infinite layers of the boundless and everexpanding Infra-Worlds (factor of 10^34/s since Planck's reference "moment"). The Empire's "raison d'etre" is geared towards mediation, exploration, conquest and expansion at the core, with a strong cultural and commercial slant and a view to establishing a New Civilization. Ergo, the Empire claims dominion over any and all of the innumerable layers of Infra Worlds/Realities throughout and encompassing the whole quiddity of the Nether Multiverses. Governance

The Empire is an entity whose main purpose is logically and naturally geared towards exploration and knowledge, mediation and co-creation, conquest and war, as well as establishing a full-fledged, multi-faceted, multi-layered and multi-dimensional prosperous and thriving civilisation with one of its pillars being commercial expansionism. The target territories are unfathomable and shan't be restricted by whatever velleities, intent, enterprise and endeavours from any potential and adverse or differing entity.ies. The confines of this currently known world/reality shall also be deemed a playground for the Empire, although not claiming sole dominion over it
